This home is a one storey rancher home located in rural Richmond. Home owners require special consideration to help protect their gardens from falling roofing debris.

Rancher Home View Larger Image This is the front of the home. The disposal bin will be placed in the driveway so that the material can be thrown in directly from the roof.
Flat Roof View Larger Image This is the flat roof section which need to be removed and replaced with new. There are 4 skylights to strip around and 60 ft. of metal capping to replace.
Pitched Roof Sections View Larger Image As seen here the pitch is a walkable 5/12. The existing shingles are T-Lock and will be replaced with laminated shingles. Deck is plywood.
