Project Finder FAQ
How do I access the database of projects?
You must first register with Roofer Resource as a Subcontractor, by completing an online application. Since only qualified roofing subcontractors will be approved not everyone will be accepted. This ensures the integrity of the workmanship provided by the subcontractor on future jobs for which they may apply.
I’m already a registered Subcontractor, how do I access the database of projects?
Click Sign In and enter your username and password. Once successfully signed in, click Project Finder.
Will I be caught in a bidding war when applying for a project?
No, there is no bidding on the labour rates for any project. The labour rates are preset at above industry standard labour rates and are thus non-negotiable. The roofing companies that post their projects with Roofer Resource are not concerned with saving money by starting a bidding war between subcontractors. What’s important to remember is that quality workmanship is the greatest priority and these companies are offering labour rates that reflect this value.
